We will be holding our first auction to benefit Savannah Rescue and the Savannah Cat Legal Fund (SVCLF) on April 15th through April 22! ALL Proceeds will go to Savannah Rescue and Savannah Cat Legal Fund. Our auction will comprise a collection of original oil paintings and limited edition prints by Sarah Stribbling.
Savannah Rescue is a volunteer service headed up by two Savannah breeders, Kristine Alessio and Brigitte Cowell, with an additional core group of volunteers. We take responsibility for Savannahs that have fallen through the cracks. Currently, our core group includes: MaryJo M, Nikki LaCrosse, Joyce P, Elena C, Paige H, Pam F and Teresa A.
The Savannah Cat Legal Fund is newly formed and headed by Paige H, Trish P with Sue Armstrong, Jacqui Lutrelle and Patrick Kelly, and is in the process of becoming incorporated as well as a 501c3, to educate the public and 501c4, to fight bans and restrictive legislation. The mission of SVCLF is to help fight savannah cat bans and legal issues in the USA and Worldwide! If every animal owner, but more specifically cat owners, donated even $1 dollar to SVCLF, we would raise millions of dollars to actively fight against those groups and others who want to take away our right to own pets.
